Musk’s Plan to Speed Up Gas Turbine Production, Raises Pollution Concern
Elon Musk has outlined plans that could help accelerate the production of natural gas turbines needed to power the rapidly growing artificial intelligence industry.
SpaceX is reportedly developing an internal manufacturing operation in Texas focused on producing turbine blades and vanes, components that have become a major bottleneck in expanding gas-powered electricity generation.
Musk said the production of these specialised components could significantly reduce the time required to bring new gas turbines online.
