Over 2,000 business executives and government officials from around the world convened in Abidjan for the Africa CEO Forum 2025.
The emphasis of this year’s event is on the utilization of public-private partnerships (PPPs) as a means to expedite the development of infrastructure and economic progress in Africa.
The necessity for collaboration between governments and private firms to confront critical economic challenges, including infrastructure deficits and youth unemployment, was underscored by the speakers.
The forum also included discussions on inclusive policies, which encouraged African leaders to allocate resources to SMEs and entrepreneurs.
In the post-pandemic era, the organizers envision that Africa could be positioned as a global investment center by fostering public-private cooperation, which could unleash substantial economic potential.
