Artificial intelligence startup Wonderful has raised $150 million in a new funding round that values the company at approximately $2 billion.
The investment comes only four months after the firm secured $100 million in its earlier funding round, reflecting growing investor confidence in its technology and market strategy.

The funding round was led by major investment firms and included participation from several existing backers. Since its launch just over a year ago, the company has attracted significant attention for its AI platform designed to automate customer service operations for businesses across various industries.

Wonderful focuses particularly on markets where English is not the primary language. The company adapts its AI systems to local languages, cultural norms, and regulatory requirements, allowing organizations to deploy customized customer service agents tailored to regional needs.

A key element of the company’s approach is sending engineering teams directly to work with clients, sometimes within their physical offices, to integrate the AI technology into existing systems and workflows. This hands-on deployment model is intended to ensure smooth adoption and better performance for each organization.

With operations currently spanning dozens of countries across Europe, Latin America, and the Asia-Pacific region, Wonderful plans to use the new capital to expand into additional markets. The company also intends to significantly increase its workforce as it continues building AI systems aimed at transforming enterprise customer service operations.
