Defense technology company Mach Industries has acquired rocket motor developer Exquadrum in a deal valued at approximately fifty million dollars.

The acquired company has now been integrated into Mach Industries and rebranded under its defense energy division.

The acquisition began through an unexpected introduction during a recruitment event, which eventually led to a business partnership before evolving into a full purchase agreement.

The deal reportedly involved competition from several other interested buyers.

Company leadership stated that the acquisition strengthens its ability to control key components used in advanced defense systems.

It also supports its strategy of consolidating production to reduce cost and improve performance in military technology development.

All employees of the acquired company have joined Mach Industries, along with its intellectual property and operational facilities in California.

The combined workforce now significantly expands the company’s technical and manufacturing capacity.

Mach Industries also revealed plans to supply components and services to other defense companies, positioning itself not only as a manufacturer of complete systems but also as a core supplier within the broader defense ecosystem.
