At CES 2026, EverNitro Unveils a Smarter Way to Bring Café-Style Nitro Coffee Home

Last Updated: January 9, 2026By

At CES 2026, XBrew Lab introduced EverNitro, a countertop nitro beverage machine designed to make silky nitro coffee more accessible for everyday users. The device aims to remove the complexity, cost, and waste associated with traditional cartridge-based systems, offering coffee lovers a simpler way to enjoy café-style nitro drinks at home.

Nitro coffee, a cold brew infused with nitrogen gas, is known for its smooth, creamy texture and subtly sweet taste, often compared to a pint of Guinness. The infusion process creates micro-bubbles that reduce bitterness and enhance mouthfeel, making the drink increasingly popular among specialty coffee consumers. EverNitro brings this experience into the home without relying on disposable gas cartridges.

Positioned as a long-term, all-in-one alternative to competitors like NitroBrew, EverNitro generates nitrogen directly from surrounding air, delivering up to 95 percent nitrogen purity. According to XBrew Lab founder and CEO Terry Tan, the innovation lies in replacing recurring gas purchases with built-in technology. By eliminating single-use cartridges, the company says the machine offers both cost savings and environmental benefits.

Hands-on testing revealed a compact, user-friendly design suitable for kitchen counters or home bars. The canister supports not only coffee but also cocktails and other beverages, with adjustable pressure levels ranging from 0 to 8 BAR. From preparation to pour, the process takes just a few minutes, and a companion app provides system updates and notifications.

The product’s debut has been met with strong consumer interest. Launched on Kickstarter in October, EverNitro raised more than $570,000. The Lite version is priced at $470, while the Pro package sells for $583, both significantly below the roughly $1,000 price tag of comparable countertop nitro systems. Looking ahead, Tan says XBrew Lab is exploring how intelligent gas infusion could enhance the texture and body of a wide range of beverages beyond coffee.
