South African Startup AIRE Uses AI to Transform Real Estate Across Africa and the Middle East

AIRE, a South African prop tech startup founded in 2023, is leveraging artificial intelligence to modernize real estate advisory, feasibility studies, and valuations across Africa and the Middle East.

Operating across four divisions — AIRE Software, AIRE Consulting, AIRE Valuations, and AIRE Hospitality — the company delivers AI-driven feasibility studies in just five days, a process that traditionally takes four to six weeks.

Its solutions reduce costs, speed up decision-making, and improve local relevance compared to traditional global firms.

CEO Simon Ardonceau highlighted that the lack of reliable market intelligence has long slowed investment in the region.

By combining big data and automation, AIRE is addressing this gap while expanding operations beyond South Africa into Kenya, Morocco, Mauritius, Senegal, and Ivory Coast, with further growth planned in the Middle East.

The company generates revenue through consulting, valuations, hospitality advisory, and software fees, with its AI platform driving rapid adoption among developers, investors, and operators.

Ardonceau emphasized that AIRE’s integrated model is helping build long-term partnerships and position the startup for growth in high-demand markets.
